If you cannot remember your password: When trying to access the Client Portal, there will be a “reset my password link”. If you can login to your account: Go to settings and select “reset password.”
If you forgot your password: Use the “forgot my password” link under the password field. If you know your password and would just like to change it: Login to your account and go to Settings. You will see the option to “reset password”.
