Any SCHEDULE related needs ie, rescheduling a cleaning, skipping a date, etc.
Any PAYMENT related needs ie, payment history, assistance with online payments, etc.
QUALITY concerns should be reported to us. It’s okay to give your Cleaner a note to let them know you’d like them to pay a little extra attention to a particular area but if you are doing a re-clean after your Cleaner, we WANT to know immediately. We send emails for you to provide feedback for your cleaner however you do not have to wait for an email if there is something we can address and fix if we are simply made aware of it.
